Question. OK I live in South Carolina and my husband would like to get some fllour from New York. Is there anyway you can tell me what kind of flour you use and where you purchased it from so that I can order some so he would like to make bagels

So the bagels aren't about the flour. What makes our bagels and pizza so good is the filtered-throuhg-bedrock water "flavor". I'm really not joking. Can Google.
